Billion’s BiPAC 3200G is an all-in-one router, ideal for home and SOHO users to share broadband Internet connection over the wired and wireless network. It supports two different kinds of operation modes: as a gateway or a bridge, enabling you to change to any mode at any time if necessary. When the device is set up as a gateway mode, you can share high-speed Internet connections with your family by connecting it to an ADSL, cable, VDSL, or fiber modem, providing you with the maximum flexibility to choose different broadband service options. If there’s already one wireless router / gateway existing in your network, you can change it to the bridge mode and used it as an additional wireless AP in other locations at home or in the office to expand the wireless range. With its built-in 4-port Ethernet switches, the BiPAC 3200G can serve four PCs / notebooks simultaneously.

Wireless Mobility
With integrated wireless 802.11g Wireless Access Point, the BiPAC 3200G can offer high-speed data rate of up to 54 Mbps or even up to 72 Mbps under the turbo mode*. This enables you to browse the websites, download large-sized files, and play online game anywhere in your home at a blazing speed. In addition to supporting the 802.11g standard, it is also backward compatible with existing 802.11b equipment. With its built-in Wireless Distribution System (WDS) repeater function, the BiPAC 3200G can also act as an AP and repeater at the same time. This allows you to implement another AP in a different location where it ‘s impossible to deploy network cables and expand your wireless coverage without using wires at all.

Robust Security
Along with the built-in NAT natural firewall feature, the router’s advanced anti-hacker pattern-filtering protection feature automatically detects and blocks Denial of Service (DoS) attacks. Featuring with Stateful Packet Inspection (SPI), the router is able to determine whether or not a given data packet is allowed to pass through the firewall to the private LAN. The URL filtering feature prevents your children from viewing inappropriate contents over Internet. In addition, it provides multiple options for your wireless security such as 64/128-bit WEP encryption, WPA/WPA2-Radius, WPA/WPA2-PSK, and hidden ESSID to enhance the level of transmission security. Moreover, the powerful security features such as the wireless MAC access control enables you to specify which computers are denied or allowed to access the wireless network, preventing unauthorized wireless access and giving you complete control over your WLAN.
