Billion's BiPAC 7300G and BiPAC 7404VGP win "Editor's Choice" from the APC magazine's ADSL2+ Modems Speed Test

Taipei, Taiwan - Billion Electric Co. Ltd. (Taiex: #3027) today announces BiPAC 7300G (Wireless 802.11g ADSL2+ Firewall Router) and BiPAC 7404VGP (VoIP 802.11g ADSL2+ Firewall Router) are awarded "Editor's Choice" from the Speed Test of ADSL2+ Modems in both "Basic Modem/ Routers" and "All-in-one" categories respectively by Australian Personal Computer (APC) magazine in the June 2006 issue.

The APC magazine reviewed 23 modems from 14 manufacturers for the convincing ADSL2+ Speed Test in the June issue. The Billion BiPAC 7300G receives "Editor's Choice" for its performing very great at "the average of 1km and 3.5km tests" with 11.84Mbps. Commented by the APC magazine, “...the 7300G had the fastest average ADSL2+ performance”. “Amazing at 3.5km.” Meanwhile, the Billion BiPAC 7404VGP is also honored “Editor's Choice” in the “All-in-one category” with the result of “...the second-fastest ADSL modem on average” and “Good performance at all line lengths.” according to APC magazine’s review .
